The Corporate Technology and Strategic Innovation Mission Capabilities organization at Lockheed Martin is seeking a highly skilled Sr Staff Threat & Intelligence Analyst to join the Capability Roadmap Team. This team supports the Vice President of Multi-Functional Engineering and Sciences under the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and is responsible for developing Service Combat Mission Capability Roadmaps for Department of Defense technologies and programs across the Enterprise.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a key member of the Enterprise-level mission capability roadmap process, you will investigate current and future technologies to bring new capabilities to the warfighter. We are looking for an experienced threat analyst who can access and analyze multi-level classified information, create presentation-level products summarizing technical impacts, and evaluate the performance impact on our nation's combat systems. Your threat products will also inform company-wide operations analysis efforts. Key responsibilities will include:
• Leading the construction and development of a threat portfolio for Service Mission Capability Roadmaps
• Supporting the development and maintenance of mission capability roadmaps to shape and inform enterprise-wide technology development
• Collaborating with industry partners and Government agencies to refine business focus areas for Joint All-Domain Operations (JADO)
• Developing threat data packages that present multi-domain challenges to our nation's forces
• Collaborating with the Intelligence community to gather the latest information available
• Assembling and presenting information in a clear and concise format for senior leaders
• Informing blue system analysis of DoD capabilities and support executive leadership directives in Engineering & Technology (E&T) and Business Area (BA) initiatives

Further Information About This Opportunity:
• This is a hybrid role that requires mostly onsite work at either our main Crystal City location in Arlington, VA, or at one of the other sites listed below.
• Regular travel will be required (~25%)
• An active Top Secret Clearance is needed to start, with eligibility for TS/SCI
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in working with threat intelligence and/or the Intelligence Community
• Critical thinker able to work on multiple high-visibility tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively amongst cross-functional teams
• Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI clearance
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with the operational combat and combat support systems of the DoD
• Familiarity with the Intelligence Community agencies and products.
• Knowledge of national and international security priorities and decision-making processes
• Experience conducting system, mission, or operations analysis to address program questions
• Strong skills in developing presentation materials using all Microsoft Office products
• Familiar with developing, handling, distributing classified products and materials
• Bachelors or advanced degree in engineering or related technical field
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Ability to respond to quickly shifting office priorities
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $118,100 - $226,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
