The Red Gate Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Media/Video Technician Level II to provide premier audio-visual (AV) and video conferencing support for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment (OUSD (A&S)). This role is critical in ensuring seamless AV operations, technical support, and conference room management for senior DoD leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert AV and video conferencing support for the USD(A&S) Executive Conference Room/Facility.
Oversee AV equipment maintenance, setup, takedown, troubleshooting, and occasional live operations.
Manage scheduling, task management, and planning to ensure seamless execution of senior leadership conference schedules.
Deliver exceptional customer service by assessing client needs and providing real-time technical solutions.
Collaborate with DoD and other federal agencies to ensure compliance with security protocols for AV operations.
Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, schedules, and technical documentation.
Support multi-tasking across multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of performance under pressure.
Qualifications
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Minimum of 5 years of experience in AV operations, personnel management, scheduling, and technical support within the DoD.
Proficiency in Video Conference Room Equipment and AV technologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
Strong customer service, flexibility, and ability to manage expectations in a high-demand environment.
Ability to adapt quickly and execute AV solutions for high-ranking officials in constrained time periods.
