Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple federal government projects.
- Coordinate with federal agencies, contractors, and internal teams to ensure program objectives are met.
- Manage project scope, risk, budget, and timelines, adapting to changes as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with federal laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., FAR, FISMA).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on program performance metrics to senior management and government officials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of program management experience, with at least 5 years specific to federal government projects.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of federal acquisition regulations and government contracting processes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a knack for diplomacy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a government security clearance if necessary.
