HOW A SUPPORT GENERALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
  • Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily
  • Completing transactional duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking
  • Interacting with our ongoing POC customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone, Skype or email
  • Handling and receiving incoming and outgoing correspondence


As a Support Generalist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Provide support expertise to customers across the enterprise to satisfy moderately- complex to complex specialized customer requirements in all areas of support
  • Must build and maintain relationships with counterparts, colleagues, and internal/external commercial service providers, and other government agencies
  • Provide assistance and instruction to customers on matters related to the area of assignment as well as processes that are cross-functional disciplines
  • Resolve complex problems with creative application of standard procedures and leverage other resources as necessary to satisfy customer requirements
  • Work from established SOP's as well as with contract and staff team members to critically think through solutions for non-routine cases or issues
  • Process various forms and authorization memos in support of dynamic requirements for customers
  • Analyze and manage large volumes of data to identify trends and make recommendations on processes
  • Develop and provide subject matter expertise in assigned support disciplines


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • The position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
  • The position requires HS Diploma and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred that at least two (2) of the four (4) years experience with supporting the customer
  • Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and some team interaction
  • This position is on customer site
