Computer System Analyst Level III

We are looking for someone who provides technical and administrative direction for personnel performing software development tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user standards, and for progress in accordance with schedules. Coordinates with the Project and/or Program Manager to ensure problem resolution and user satisfaction. Makes recommendations, if needed, for approval of major systems installations. Prepare milestone status reports and deliveries/presentations on the system concept to colleagues, subordinates, and end user representatives. provides daily supervision and direction to support staff.

HOW A SYSTEMS ANALYST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Reviewing, validating, and reporting of Application upgrades and implementation
  • Identification of new functionality and/or hardware requirements
  • Create and direct execution of test plans for both Software and Hardware
  • Interact with Vendors (Technical Issues, Project Initiatives) and assist with issue escalation where applicable
  • Create and review existing training documentation and facilitate high-level user training sessions independently
  • Demonstrate appropriate, clear, concise, and effective written and oral communications in all interactions


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: A master's degree in a Computer Science or Math related field and six (6) years' experience with software development. An associates degree with ten (10) additional years; or a bachelor's degree with eight (8) additional years of experience may be substituted for the master's degree.

Required Experience: 6+ years of related experience with a Masters degree. See above for additional years of experience depending on education.
Required Technical Skills: Network engineering skills required, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues to resolution, along with performance and configuration recommendations

Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Location: Customer Site
