Position #1
Sr. ServiceNow UI Developer, you'll help design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will also provide architectural input and help maintain stability of the overall platform by ensuring the appropriate design and development standards are always used.
What you'll do:
Work with stakeholders within the organization to identify and develop custom ServiceNow solutions and interfaces.
What you'll need to succeed:
Active Secret clearance required
Preferred 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience, including experience with the Service Catalog module and creating custom applications
Preferred 5+ years of ServiceNow Consulting
Preferred 3+ years of Service Portal Development experience
Experience using UI Builder tool within ServiceNow for front-end and custom development efforts
Ability to create custom components, layouts, and interactions based on stakeholder requirements
Work independently and as a technical team member
Work in multiple instances and domains, supporting internal and external customers
Utilize an Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work
Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices
Collaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners in business analysis meetings to develop business and systems requirements.
Solution and develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications
Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow
Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements

Specifically, we are looking for highly motivated and mission-oriented team members to support our customer at the US Department of State.

What you'll need to succeed:
Have an ACTIVE Secret security clearance
Preferred 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience, including experience with the Service Catalog module and creating custom applications
Preferred 5+ years of ServiceNow Consulting
Preferred 3+ years of Service Portal Development experience
