What You’ll Do:

Manage and ensure the timely completion of critical technical or operational projects, meeting all technical requirements and exceeding expectations.

Define project deliverables, budgets, schedules, and risks, while leading your team through every phase—from planning to successful execution.

Develop and manage work packages to achieve specific programmatic goals, ensuring seamless alignment with customer requirements.

Provide hands-on leadership in the day-to-day management of program activities, including:

Developing, implementing, and evaluating program policies, procedures, and standards.

Determining service levels, driving program enhancements, and managing program budgets.

Acting as a trusted technical advisor to staff, other departments, and stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table:

Extensive experience: A minimum of 12 years of related experience managing technical projects, with a strong preference for candidates who have supported DOE projects.

Specialized expertise: Hands-on experience with EVMS programs, DOE 413.3B projects, and/or NQA-1 processes, fabrication, construction, and quality control/assurance.

Proven ability to manage complex issues under NQA-1 standards.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
