What You'll Do:
Lead and manage discrete technical or operational projects, ensuring they meet all technical requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
Define project deliverables, budgets, schedules, and risks while overseeing a high-performing project team from initiation through completion.
Develop work packages that outline specific activities and deliverables to achieve program goals, ensuring exceptional results for our customers.
Assume responsibility for day-to-day administrative and operational management, including:
Developing, implementing, and evaluating program policies, procedures, and standards.
Determining service levels, program enhancements, and budgets.
Providing expert technical advice to staff and other departments.
Be a driving force in maintaining high standards and efficiency in program management.
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical or operational projects, preferably with prior DOE experience supporting construction or Deactivation & Decommissioning (D&D) projects.
Hands-on experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) programs is highly desirable.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
