The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

What You Will Do :
Guidehouse is seeking a Visual Consultant. This role shall provide services in support of national security and federal law enforcement clients.
Responsibilities of this role are as follows, to include but not limited to:
- Develop and deliver high-quality design concepts, prototypes, and final deliverables with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Develop visual, illustrated, and graphic design communication products, including organizational branding materials, announcements, and PowerPoint slides.
- Develop content to support internal and external messaging and communication needs, including internal SharePoint site, i nternal newsletter (drafting, formatting, publishing), infographics , meeting materials, and signage.
- Assist with the development of messaging and other products to communicate messaging needs.
- Facilitate and manage client meetings to successfully achieve identified , desired outcomes
- Design short-term project plans
What You Will Need :
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- THREE (3) or more years of experience in a design-related field,
- ** This role is 100% onsite **
What Would Be Nice To Have :
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional client and customer experiences
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills within all levels of an organization
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- P roficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Experience with SharePoint, publishing software, graphic design software, and/or illustration software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc ).
- Critical thinking skills to evaluate needs, make initial recommendations, and partner with an experienced team member to refine thinking and approach to client challenges
