ServiceNow Architect

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Architect to support the VA and how they transform and deliver Human Resources Services. This Architect will be responsible for overseeing the architect and design of the product in ServiceNow. This is a hybrid role reporting on-site once a week in Herndon, VA.

Requirements Needed:

• 5+ years of experience Architecting and Designing ServiceNow solutions - 8+ years of overall IT experience
• Lead implementations of ServiceNow solutions
• Engage with client stakeholders and customers to determine solution requirements and improvements
• Generate roadmaps and recommendations with clients
• Design integrations and interfaces with other systems
• Design data models
• Ability to bring excellent customer service relationship skills
• Bachelors Degree

Compensation and Benefits:

• $170,000 - $200,000 depending on years of experience - including health, dental, and vision insurance. 401K, PTO, Paid Holidays, sick leave if required by law
