Program Analyst - Media Support Specialist

Technology Security Associates is seeking a Program Analyst - Media Support Specialist to provide direct administrative, conferencing, and technical support to NAWCAD HQ.

Duties:

• Operate audiovisual, teleconferencing (TEAMS), video teleconferencing (VTC), and secure video teleconferencing (SVTC) equipment to support NAWCAD HQ.
• Coordinate and schedule VTC and SVTC meeting requests from/for the NAWCAD HQ Staff.
• Maintain/update recurring and non-recurring PowerPoint (PPT) briefs as required.
• Applicants must be able to design and layout PPT slides that produce "high quality, graphically rich" slides that help to complement a key point for all NAWCAD Executive briefs.
• Maintain CM of NAWCAD Executive briefings.
• Receive and file incoming briefs to TEAMS folder or Shared drives as appropriate.
• Consolidate notes from teleconferences.
• Assist with development of and coordinate use of the NAWCAD HQ TEAMS folder.
• Assist with data calls or other tasking as required.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 2 years' experience supporting NAVAIR.
• 2 years' experience Admin experience (i.e., editing documents, coordinating/scheduling meetings, etc.)
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and other applications within the Microsoft Office Suite.
• HS Diploma
• Secret Clearance

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or Technical Writer is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with coordination, setup, and operation of VTC and SVTC systems.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
