Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking an Application Developer to support our client. This is an Onsite role. Work will be performed in Brooklyn, NY or potentially at an alternate New York City location.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Provider Portal is currently used by Community Based Organizations (CBOs) that support clients participating in Department of Social Services (DSS) Programs. The Provider Portal was originally built and designed with a focus on the SNAP and Cash Assistance programs, as those programs had the largest presence on ACCESS HRA. As the functionality available on ACCESS HRA continues to expand into additional DSS programs, and CBOs that use the system provide feedback, there is an opportunity to expand the ACCESS HRA Provider Portal feature set. This initiative will expand the capabilities of ACCESS HRA to provide additional features in support of CBO users that will help keep clients on benefits, improve timeliness and response rates for clients working with providers, and improve the provider user experience.
TASKS & DUTIES:
• Develop System Design
• Develops and prepares documents for the general design of solutions that meet system and security requirements, including the selection of alternative approaches
• Develops specifications for databases, communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage and software configurations
• Develops structured diagrams for the specifications of databases, communication systems, computer or storage area networks, security or network programs\
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, SQL statements in Oracle 12c
• Develop system documentation
• Develop operational and installation procedures for communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage and software
• Develops guidelines and upgrade techniques of new operational procedures for the support of databases, hardware systems, operating systems software, network systems software, security and client server systems
• Develops, compiles, maintains and documents configurations of the following: databases, servers, computers, security and network monitor systems, packaged programs, macros, utilities, and communication systems
• Perform System Coding
• Create the program code in .NET and Low Code Application Platform (LCAP) environment
• Provide general programming assistance to other ITS programmers/projects as may be needed
• Test and maintain the program code to make sure it meets all the functional requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Minimum 4 Years Development and Maintenance of PL/SQL Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, SQL statements in Oracle 12c
• Minimum 4 Years Performance Tuning including tuning/optimizing SQL, PL/SQL code
• Minimum 4 Years Working with XML Processing, Object oriented programming with large objects
• Minimum 4 Years Experience with data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation
• Minimum 4 Years Experience with technical and user documentation, software conversion
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree
SALARY: $100,000 - $135,000, Dependent on Experience
