Blue Rose is seeking a Jr. IBM TRIRIGA Developer to join our team and support our work with a federal client. This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite work in the Washington, DC area.

In this role, you will:
- Design and develop solutions in IBM TRIRIGA using built-in tools, Java, and SQL
- Provide technology support for implementing, maintaining, upgrading, and monitoring applications and servers
- Lead and participate in the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of highly complex solutions in adherence to company standards
- Build non-functional monitoring capabilities and provide escalated support for complex applications in production
- Maintain security controls and monitoring in alignment with company standards
- Lead moderately complex projects and contribute to larger, more complex initiatives
- Solve complex technical and operational problems, acting as a resource for less experienced teammates
- Develop and maintain documentation and artifacts required for the Technology Delivery process and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with team members in an Agile environment, participating in all phases of the Agile process, including definition, design, coding, testing, deployment, and automation of testing tools to improve efficiency
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must:
- Hold a TRIRIGA Developer Certification
- Have 3+ months of TRIRIGA development experience across all development tools
- Possess TRIRIGA module-level knowledge in Capital Projects, Requests, Facilities, Maintenance, Contracts, Payables, Space, and Portfolio
- Have experience with integrations, including OSLC, Integration Objects, and DataConnect
- Be proficient in TRIRIGA UX Framework, Java development, and MS SQL Server
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards
