Amentum is seeking an Antenna/Radio Frequency Engineer, to join our team at Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, NV to support our customer, Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER)

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $75,000 - $200,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and employing antenna system collection plans for JCER evaluations of EMSO events.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, with five (5)+ years of relevant experience
- Must have a US Government Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance. Please note, US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
- Experience with design, development, and deployment of signal processing applications such as the X-Midas framework
- Specialize in cutting-edge signal processing technologies, system and software design, life-cycle support, signal analysis, communications and software development
- Strong academic background in engineering/science with hands-on programming skills, digital signal processing experience
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining large Digital Signal Processing software systems
- Ability to communicate requirements, technical abilities and analytical/measured results across the engineering disciplines and with internal stakeholders
- Working knowledge or experience with C/C++, scientific programming, Python, MATLAB, shell scripting, Linux, or CUDA/Open CL
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Digital Signal Processing, X-Midas, Linux, Machine Learning (ML) preferred
