CyberCore is looking for a Product Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire product fulfillment process, ensuring that products are delivered to customers efficiently and accurately. This role involves managing inventory, overseeing the kitting process, ensuring that all components are accurately assembled and prepared for production. This role involves coordinating with various departments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing kitting operations to support efficient production workflows coordinating with various departments, and optimizing fulfillment operations to meet customer demands and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end product fulfillment process, from order receipt to delivery.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fulfillment efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze fulfillment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Support production plans and schedules that optimize resource utilization and meet customer demands
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies in the fulfillment process promptly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Provide regular reports on fulfillment performance, including order processing times, delivery accuracy, and inventory levels.
  • Lead and mentor a team of fulfillment staff, providing training and support as needed.
  • Implement and manage technology solutions to enhance fulfillment operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of processes.
  • Assemble and prepare kits of components for production according to work orders and production schedules.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all components are available for kitting.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate kitting.
  • Perform quality checks on kits to ensure all components meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Track and report on kitting performance, including accuracy, efficiency, and inventory levels.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the kitting process promptly.
  • Implement and maintain effective kitting procedures and workflows.
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials as needed.
  • Provide training and support to new employees in kitting procedures and best practices.


Required Skills

Qualifications:
  • HS w/10 yrs experience, BA w/5 years experience
  • Proven experience in product fulfillment, inventory management, kitting, supply chain management, or logistics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $165,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels. At CyberCore, we consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including the specific role and its responsibilities, the candidate's professional experience, geographic location, education, and relevant skills. This range is not a guarantee of salary, as final compensation may also be influenced by contractual requirements and other considerations.
