The Maintenance and Production Control Support performs duties as for H-1 Series aircraft in the Czech Republic. Maintenance and Production Control Support will provide coordination between maintenance personnel and Czech Republic Air Force (CZAF) Maintenance Control staff for planning of aircraft utilization, configuration, and maintenance activities. Maintenance and Production Control Support shall report to the Pinnacle Site Lead, work closely with the US maintenance team and CZAF personnel responsible for the MMIS for planned/unplanned and scheduled/unscheduled maintenance for H-1 aircraft. Maintenance and Production Control Support shall have experience in AH-1Z and UH-1Y aircraft and act as a liaison for the CZAF to prepare maintenance support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Maintenance Control meetings both scheduled and unscheduled, and ensure personnel attendance
  • Aircraft maintenance and repair that ensures the aircraft readiness or ability to perform the mission
  • Aircraft equipment configured for specific flight events
  • Aircraft conditional and planned inspection tasks
  • Phase inspection tasking Aircraft/Support equipment periodic and unscheduled maintenance and inspection reports
  • Aircraft and component corrosion treatment and prevention inspection work orders
  • Coordinate with O/I-level for rework/repair of support equipment and aircraft components
  • Ensure Ground Support Equipment and tools are on-hand for scheduled maintenance
  • Designate any aircraft that has test requirements and be the liaison with Prime's/CZAF Quality Assurance
  • Screen all completed aircraft maintenance actions for required in-process inspections and initiate aircraft testing work orders as needed
  • Screening Aircraft Data Books and Certifying aircraft Safe for Flight
  • Assist with Monthly Maintenance plan, to include personnel training, support equipment servicing, aircraft component life-cycle, inspections (special, conditional, scheduled, and unscheduled)
  • Assist with tasking maintenance priorities to work centers
  • Conduct daily maintenance meetings
  • Ensure that all related maintenance operations are conducted in a safe manner.
  • Other tasks, duties, and responsibilities, as directed
  • Performs within the broad guidelines of duties and responsibilities within the parameters of Maintenance Control
  • Primary supervisor for all maintenance support operations

Qualifications

  • Seven (7) years of directly related experience. Four (4) years' experience as a Maintenance and Production Control Support on H-1 Series aircraft
  • Successfully completed, and be qualified by the appropriate U.S. Government Maintenance and Production Control Support course
  • Proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms or similar aviation maintenance management system, and other aircraft related documentation
  • Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner
  • Possess a valid issued driver's license
  • Successfully pass an overseas deployment physical upon hire
  • Must be able to obtain a SECRET clearance
