We are looking for an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to design, implement, and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure solutions across multiple security domains (IL5 to IL6+). In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping cloud strategies, ensuring security and compliance, and optimizing performance for mission-critical systems.
What You'll Do
•Design and implement AWS cloud infrastructure solutions across multiple classification levels (IL5 to IL6+).
•Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud architectures using modern technologies like microservices, serverless computing, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
•Ensure cloud security best practices and compliance with industry standards.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud solutions with business and technical requirements.
•Utilize Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation and scripting.
•Communicate complex cloud architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure challenges with innovative solutions.
What You Bring
•10+ years of experience in cloud solution architecture, with a focus on AWS infrastructure at scale.
•Expertise in designing and managing cloud environments across multiple classification levels (IL5 to IL6+).
•Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and best practices.
•Hands-on experience with microservices, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
•Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for scripting and automation.
•Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
•Current certifications meeting 8140/8570 standards (e.g., Security+ or higher).
•Active TS//SCI clearance with CI poly.
Bonus Points
•Experience leading Agile development teams.
•Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect).
•Familiarity with low-to-high development models and associated tooling.
•Experience with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
