GCyber is hiring an IT Technician to support a high profile DISA customer. As the IT Technician you will oversee workstation imaging and software installations while ensuring compliance with policies and supporting audits.

As an IT Technician, you will:
- Execute imaging processes to create and maintain workstation images, build new systems, and automate software installations.
- Follow company and government policies for IT asset management, including receipt, issue, and tracking of materials and equipment.
- Support audits of government property and software for compliance with imaging requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during imaging while managing multiple IT assets in various production stages under tight deadlines.
- Manage the supply chain to maintain adequate bench stock and ensure timely delivery of equipment.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Secret Clearance
- BS or equivalent, including consideration of vendor certification in the technology being applied such as Microsoft MCP or Novell CNE
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
