The candidate will be responsible for increasing project and program wins in DoD and Civilian agencies; developing in-depth understanding of customer requirements and positioning OGT capabilities to support customer program success.

Oak Grove Technologies (OGT) is seeking a Program Manager of Defense Programs. The candidate will be responsible for increasing project and program wins in DoD and Civilian agencies; developing in-depth understanding of customer requirements and positioning OGT capabilities to support customer program success.
Requirements
- Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet near-term and long-term strategic plans using internal processes
- Familiar with DOD acquisition and budget cycles
- Ability to develop agency relationships to track and create solutions for forecasted requirements
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to other account stakeholders; develop comprehensive business development plans; identify and qualify new business opportunities in concert with these account stakeholder's and the OGT support team to support sales growth
- Collaborate with partner companies to develop acquisition and bid strategies, support competitive analysis, and with bidding winning solutions
- Assist technical solutions team to identify and implement innovative projects related to products or services that assist with new business market development
- Participate in the proposal writing process as a technical writer, to include serving as Proposal Manager in instances where required
- Respond to customer Sources Sought, Request for Quote, and Request for Information, as required
- Develop reports, briefings, and other management materials to support executive decision making
- Prepare and deliver opportunity briefs to executive leadership
- Build capture strategies for each opportunity and support capture and proposal development
- Develop and disseminate information on a continual basis to all pertinent parties concerning fulfillment of project goals and objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Top Secret Clearance and must be eligible for SCI upon hiring.
- Bachelor's degree in related field of study or a minimum of 5 years' experience in business Development/Capture and Proposal Management, Program Management
- Demonstrated track record of working opportunities from prospecting to transition, including negotiating Teaming Agreements, pricing, and strategic partnerships as Prime and Subcontractor
