Our client is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager with a customer-first mindset and a minimum of two years of experience. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our customers, building meaningful relationships, understanding their goals, and ensuring they unlock the full potential of our solutions. Your expertise and collaboration will help drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

What You’ll Do:
• Build Strong Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact, fostering long-term partnerships with customers.
• Drive Retention: Monitor customer engagement and health, addressing challenges proactively to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Be the Customer Advocate: Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams to refine products, services, and processes.
• Ensure Value: Guide customers in aligning our solutions with their business objectives, ensuring they achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Support Growth: Collaborate with sales to drive renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Analyze and Report: Track key metrics like adoption, usage, and satisfaction, using data to inform strategies and improve results.
• Improve Processes: Continuously enhance customer success workflows for a seamless and efficient customer experience.

What You Bring:
• Experience: At least 2 years in customer success, account management, or customer support, ideally in SaaS or technology.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to foster strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to address customer challenges effectively.
• Tech Savviness: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero).
• Organization: Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Collaboration: A team player who thrives on cross-functional collaboration.
