Graham Technologies is seeking a seasoned Sr. Training and Development Specialist with expertise in Change Management and Program Management to support a high-impact government initiative. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in developing and implementing training programs, business processes, and change management strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to organizational and program management goals.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adopting new processes and technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess organizational needs and align training efforts with mission-critical objectives.
- Develop and implement program management business processes to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
- Analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to address gaps.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and seminars for employees and leadership teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Create and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), training manuals, and process guidelines.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in organizational development, providing guidance on best practices in change management and program management.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Clearance: Must possess an active Q clearance or TS/SCI.
- Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in training development, change management, and/or program management.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and program management practices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in developing training content using modern tools and platforms.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience working with federal government agencies or programs.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency in using training platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
