AI and ML Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization's scientific and te chn ological endeavors. You will be responsible for managing and executing innovative projects while leading the capture efforts to secure new opportunities. In this role, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and manage strategic programs in the fields of science and te chn ology, ensuring that project objectives and timelines are met. You will also identify and pursue new business opportunities through your strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients. Your expertise will drive our mission to push the boun dari es of scientific research and te chn ology development for key clients within our Navy and Marine Corps accounts.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in program management or te chn ical leadership in the science and te chn ology sector
- Experience in program management, leading highly te chn ical efforts in the te chn ology space such as AI / ML, Cloud, or sof tware development
- Experience with Generative AI, including transformers or LLM project work
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver effective work products within ambiguous requirements and tight timelines
- Experience in capture management and business development
- Knowledge of scientific and te chn ological advancements
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience leading Agile development teams
- Experience with CI / CD principles, methodologies, and tools, including GitLab CI / CD and Je nk ins
- Experience with programming languages, including Python, C++, SQL, or Rus t
- Experience with project work in deep learning, computer vision, NLP, or signal processing
- Ability to stay current with industry trends, emerging te chn ologies, and scientific advancements
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Possession of excellent leadership and team management skills
- Master's degree in a scientific or te chn ical field preferred ; Doctorate degree in a scientific or te chn ical field a plus
- Project Management Certification such as PMP Certification
