Technology Analyst
The Opportunity:
As a Technology Analyst, you will analyze and assess future technology and its military application. You will produce assessments projecting the discovery and development of advanced technologies. You will produce intelligence supporting the production of threat assessments and global baseline assessments. You will generate written intelligence products in accordance with IC Tradecraft Standards, using a wide range of intelligence resources and tools to brief senior DoD leaders. This includes production of white papers, regional threat analysis and assessments, short- and long-term assessments, and produce products from customers' RFIs
You will be part of a unique, multi-discipline team assisting IC and IA partners to fuse operations and intelligence information to enhance efforts against threats and counter-proliferation efforts. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 8+ years of experience c ond ucting analysis
- Ability to communicate information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, or te chn ically advanced
- Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction
- Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution
- Ability to assist with the development of concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence
- Ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems
- Ability to provide guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies, and use argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree
