Program Review:
Provides technical targeting and all-source intelligence analysis to support the Client across the entire intelligence lifecycle. Delivers expertise in areas like threat analysis, cybersecurity, signals analysis, and network intrusion provides mission-critical support for every aspect of the mission.
About the Role:
The Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) will provide mission-critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for various analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global levels. The successful TTA candidate will leverage creativity and critical thinking to conduct all-source technical targeting and help drive follow-on efforts. All team members are expected to positively support a blended government and contractor team environment through excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Qualifications:
- 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or four additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree.
- 3+ years of experience in analysis, network engineering, network security, vulnerability assessment, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, cyber operations, and/or computer exploitation.
- 3+ cumulative years of experience across multiple INTs.
- Demonstrated experience as a technical targeter responsible for utilizing specific tools and databases to analyze complex technical data, develop leads, and drive targeting initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and forward leaning approach to develop relationships across organizations to identify relevant technical vectors successfully.
- Experience drafting specific types of intelligence reports and coordinating analyses across organizations.
- Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues.
- Solid organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements
- 6+ years of experience across technical competencies, such as: analysis, network engineering, network security, vulnerability assessment, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, cyber operations, and/or computer exploitation.
