Sr. Business Analyst

Job Overview:

Graham Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Business Analyst to support a mission-focused program in Washington, DC. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, analyzing data to enhance business processes, and developing innovative solutions to meet organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process improvement, data analysis, and requirements documentation while ensuring alignment with mission-critical goals.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all initiatives align with the mission, goals, and objectives of our customers.


• Design and implement effective program management business processes, including change management strategies.


• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving or enhancing processes through automation.


• Identify potential technical solutions to address business challenges and recommend the most viable options.


• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Enterprise to gather and understand business requirements.


• Assist in the development, documentation, and refinement of business and technical requirements.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Clearance: Must possess an active Q clearance or TS/SCI.


• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business process analysis, program management, and change management.

  • Experience in identifying and recommending technical solutions to meet business needs.
  
  
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  
  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in documenting requirements and developing business cases.
  
  
  • Strong skills in strategic thinking, negotiation, conflict management, time management, and planning.
  
  

Preferred:

• Familiarity with the mission, goals, and operations of our customers or similar federal agencies.


• Experience in automating business processes and implementing technical solutions.


• Knowledge of industry-standard tools and methodologies for business analysis and project management.


• Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar.
