Position Description
Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship and a DOD Clearance is required

Work in a system migration sustainment phase tasked with troubleshooting, delivering high-quality support and products, and interacting professionally with the client daily. You will be tasked with working with a team of high-performing individuals who collaborate to critically think through routine problems and immediate needs that arise from the client’s mission as well as provide training to the client while they adapt to a new system and processes as it relates to government financial management.

This position is a remote role with the opportunity to provide direct support and training to the client onsite on a case-by-case basis (up to 25% annually).


Your future duties and responsibilities
-Responsibilities will include but are not limited to support with the following processes: Invoice Processing, Year End Close, Vendor Payment, Funds Allocation, DDEF, Labor, Billing, Credit Memos, and Sales Orders.
-Provide End User Support to the BUPERS Command through Help Desk tickets and Office Hours
-Provide verbal and written status updates on trending issues to stakeholders and provide recommendations for solutions
-Coordinate/Develop learning aid materials with functional teams (ERP manuals and handbooks)
-Coordinate Business Process Management
-Coordinate functional and technical support
-Support financial operations and audit
-Collaborate with both internal and client teams to support command wide system updates & issue remediation
-Provide Cross Functional Training to other Finance/Procurement team members


Required qualifications to be successful in this role
-Bachelors degree from an accredited US College or University
-The candidate will have experience with financial modules and processes in Navy ERP (3+ years preferred).
-Experience with data cleansing, legacy system modernization, and enterprise application implementation support.
-Additionally, the candidate will ensure high-quality deliverables, as well as timely coordination and professional communication with the client daily.

Desired qualifications:
-Experience in FM/FI/CO/SD ERP modules strongly preferred.

To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $99,200.00 - $241,600.00.
