The Opportunity:

CACI is searching for a Proposal Coordinator to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will gain experience by delivering services in support of capture and proposal management for developing proposals across the DoD, Intelligence Community, and other Federal agencies.

Responsibilities
  • Work as a primary team member in close partnership with Capture and Proposal Managers to determine and respond to proposal requirements including the development of proposal outlines, proposal schedule, and compliance matrices.
  • Respond rapidly to RFP and amendment releases and implement required actions and changes to proposal planning documents, including coordinating changes with authors.
  • Work with the Proposal Manager to promote compliance across the BD Lifecycle and throughout the proposal artifacts.
  • Serve as primary liaison to the Production Manager and team to facilitate production activities (DTP, graphics, editing, printing).
  • Develop basic proposal management documents, such as POC list, kickoff presentation, proposal document templates, and related training materials.
  • Manage necessary logistics for conference calls, meetings, and/or demos including coordinating complex meeting schedules, reserving rooms, and booking travel.
  • Request, develop, and administer proposal development workspaces in the Virtual Proposal Center (VPC), SharePoint, and Microsoft Team environments.
  • Post and update proposal-related documents and perform searches on reusable material, as requested by proposal manager and proposal personnel.
  • Collaborate with security, facilities and IT personnel to ensure readiness of the proposal workspace, computers, and network
  • Monitor equipment and supplies at proposal facilities to ensure 100% readiness at all times.
  • Support work in multiple proposal centers in the national capital region that may require periodic local travel. May also have the opportunity to travel to other CACI offices throughout the United States when necessary to support proposals being developed at those locations. Estimate travel at no more than 10% of the time.
  • Work may also allow periodic telecommuting.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Required
Top Secret security clearance
• Associate's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of related experience (administrative, proposal preparation and/or coordination in a government contract environment)
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to be flexible in work hours and commitment to meeting deadlines

Desired
TS/SCI with polygraph preferred
• APMP Certification at the Foundation Level
• Experience working FEDSIM bids or similar bids in size and scope

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$57,500-$117,900
