CACI is seeking a Resource Manager for the US Air Force Cloud One Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration contract. This role will be crucial in ensuring optimal allocation and staffing of resources throughout the cloud migration and modernization program. Manages the subcontractor staffing process which includes notification of open positions, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, ensuring candidate feedback is provided. Works with recruiting to manage the program's CACI Candidate Pipeline, ensuring routine contact with candidates and that the program is maximizing the use of all available upgrade billets. Monitors and ensures any personnel related issues are resolved. Manages the CACI Awards Program. Prepares and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) outlining standard processes used to manage resources (e.g. interview process, onboarding process, group management). Works with Security to manage input and reports status for EOD and Security Clearance processing with CACI and Federal customer. Supports the PMO with any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

What you'll get to do:
  • Be a member of the Agile Program Management Office (APMO) and serves as the POC for all staffing related items.
  • Work with the corporate recruiter, subcontract partners, and other corporate groups and is responsible for all staffing, onboarding, and transitioning of personnel for a large contract supporting DHS.
  • Support the management of the CACI and internal program staffing process which includes submitting job requisition requests to recruiting, coordinating interviews as needed and ensuring candidate feedback is provided.
  • Work with Recruiting to manage the program's CACI Candidate Pipeline, ensuring routine contact with candidates and that the program is maximizing the use of all available upgrade billets.
  • Manage the subcontractor staffing process which includes notification of open positions, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, ensuring candidate feedback is provided.
  • Monitors and ensures any personnel related issues are resolved.
  • Prepares and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) outlining standard processes used to manage resources (e.g. interview process, onboarding process, group management). Works with the DHS Security Specialist to manage input and reports status for CBP BI and Security Clearance processing with CACI and Federal customer.
  • Supports the APMO with ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Manages staffing documentation and position tracking


You have:
  • Current DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • College degree (B.S.) in Business, Management Administration, or similar.
  • Professional Experience: at least five (5) year related experience; particularly working on government contracts


You are good at:
  • Developing standards and processes for onboarding CACI and Subcontractor personnel.
  • Managing staffing documentation and position tracking
  • Maintaining staffing information in a Resource Tracking System
  • Familiarity with the general IT practices and terminology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic; self-starter

  • Familiarity with CACI RTS
  • Familiarity with client training requirements
  • Familiarity with CACI recruiting processes and systems
  • Familiarity with contract and financial management

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$62,200-$130,600
