Job Description:
The Momentum SME will serve as implementation leads and team members supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs' effort to implement the Integrated Financial and Acquisition Management System, or iFAMS. The Momentum SME will guide the implementation, enhancement, deployment and sustainment of iFAMS, including collaborating with cross-functional teams leveraging technical expertise the Momentum solution and the functional domains of financial and/or acquisition management to ensure the successful deployment and optimization of iFAMS
The Momentum SME will support project management and governance, business and functional capabilities documentation, process flow design, data mapping, data migration, training, stakeholder engagement, and change management. In particular, the ability to communicate, train and guide a broad audience in adopting the Momentum solution - both technically and functionally - will be critical.

Required Skills:
- US Citizen (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years technical experience specific to Federal Government Momentum implementations
Desired Skills:
- Currently maintains or has ability to successfully pass and retain a Public Trust review
- Deep technical knowledge of the Momentum platform, modules, technical stack and its unique configuration within the nuances of federal regulations
- Experience with Momentum implementation, maintenance, configuration, migration, interfacing, operational readiness, user provisioning, and all related technical support tasks
- Understanding of Department of Veterans Affairs processes, services, stakeholders and user base
- Integration and support experience for other large-scale systems processing budgeting, payments, financial reporting, and acquisition operations
Salary range:
- $125,000 to $175,000
