Insight Global is actively hiring a TS/SCI Senior Cyber Security Engineer to join our team supporting a large DoD Contract.
The selected candidate will work as a Senior Cyber Security Engineer responsible for operations and maintenance of a global lab environment used to train Cyber Security Analyst for the DoD. The selected candidate should have a senior level knowledge of Cyber Security Infrastructure to include Windows, Linux, Networking and Firewall Systems. You will be responsible for installing and configuring Cyber Security Tools and Products; providing final escalation support for all troubleshooting related issues, and work with Analyst and Government users to implement new tools and products based on emerging TTP's and APTs. Experience supporting DCO/OCO or similar missions is a huge plus, but this is NOT an Analyst position.
Insight Global expects to pay 185K - 200K for this position.
Minimum job requirements include:
- Active Top Secret SCI Clearance
- Bachelors Degree and 10+ years in Cyber Security
- Senior to expert level knowledge building, engineering, and troubleshooting enterprise level Cyber environments to include Window, Linux and VMware Servers; as well as Cisco and Palo Alto Routers, Switches and Firewalls
- Senior to Expert level knowledge supporting Virtual environments
- Senior to expert level knowledge of IDS/IPS tools, Splunk, and Kali
Pluses, but not required
- Cloud or Zero Trust experience
- Experience supporting DCO, OCO, or Down Range Operations
- Strong scripting experience
