Description:We are Lockheed Martin

This position provides on-site planning/scheduling support for the Greenville, SC site. As site lead, candidate will exercise leadership on near-term to long-range Planning initiatives. Candidate will lead the Program Planning and Integration team to provide integrated planning as well as qualitative and quantitative data analysis for the site and F-16 leadership. This position will lead and serve as the SME for scheduling matters related to planning, including Production, Depot, and Get to Excellence projects. The candidate will ensure applicable scheduling practices are actively coordinated between affected sites and programs at all levels, and with related functional disciplines. This position regularly interacts with the site, program leadership, and Aero Function on matters related to tools, data, and EV compliance.

1. Microsoft Project

A level 6 employee Typically has 6 - 20 years of professional experience in planning, program management and/or, finance.

Basic Qualifications:
- Critical thinking and complex problem solving experience

- Experience with developing/maintaining complex Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis

- Experience briefing Senior Leadership and customers

- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration

- Experience leading a team of direct reports and cross-functional teams

-Bachelors degree
Desired Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

- Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills

- Bachelors degree

- Open Plan experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
