Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Architecture Team Lead to support our current contract with the Marine Corps Systems Command out of Stafford, VA.
ManTech is responsible for assisting our Government customers to ensure that material solutions developed or acquired by Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) are system engineered, integrated, interoperable, and certified to provide the warfighter with equipment required to accomplish their mission. To do that, ManTech assists our customer to conduct the detailed systems engineering analysis, establishes technical policies and guidance across the Command, and manage the technical investigation and distributed planning required to deliver world class Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) systems capabilities to the warfighter.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead a Team in the development of Marine Corps compliant Enterprise and Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) 2.02 architectures.
- Review, critique, and provide feedback regarding the compliance of architectures throughout the development process.
- Oversee multiple development projects in order to preserve the architectural vision and protect stakeholder interests.
- Extend Architecture tool schemas, as required, to satisfy Marine Corps Enterprise and Solution architecture development and data requirements
- Provide architectural and technical subject matter expertise to all architecture development projects including communicating architectural decisions and mentoring other technical staff.
- Facilitate and participate in the collaborative process of identifying and capturing
architecture data with engineers, technical subject matter experts and information technology standards personnel. - Research and analyze new and existing technologies and tools to provide more efficient architecture development techniques and processes.
- Promote and educate stakeholders on the use and value of architecture.
- Coordinate and facilitate Enterprise and Solution architecture-related technical and strategy discussions.
- Prepare and maintain technical systems or program documentation, integrated master schedules, comment resolution matrices, presentations, and training material.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in architectural meetings and events
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and at least 4 years of experience with DoDAF architecture.
- DoDAF experience must be within the last 10 years and include the following:
- Experience in the development of Marine Corps compliant Enterprise and Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) 2.02 architectures.
- Review, critique, and provide feedback regarding the compliance of architectures

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Marine Corps Systems Engineering Processes, including the relationship between MCSC and DC, CD&I. Familiarity with the MCSC Acquisition Guidebook.
- Technical education related to any of the following: data modeling, systems engineering, machine learning and predictive analysis, agile software development and build methodologies, or simulation.
- Knowledge of Marine Corps concepts, practices, procedures, systems and interfaces.
- JCIDS and Defense Acquisition System process experience.
- Understanding of Systems integration/API development, automated bulk export/import, and the ability to perform impact assessments.
