Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented project coordinator to serve as an Enterprise Refresh Project Lead for a program that supports a variety of customer IT requirements with a focus on providing productive and collaborative computer workspaces (new or renovated) to support dynamic mission requirements.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Primary focus will be on coordinating IT refresh efforts; to include preparation and deployment of teams and material to multiple customer locations.
  • Supports operations to meet mission requirements.
  • Maintains visibility on the availability and readiness of all personnel scheduled for deployment.
  • Ensures equipment and personnel readiness of individuals and teams scheduled for deployment.
  • Develops the strategy for project execution with limited risk and complexity.
  • Create and maintain a project schedule, performing schedule analysis, monitoring project progress against cost and schedule and resolving variances, validating completion of scheduled project activities and milestones, providing updates to customers and Program management.
  • Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Developing, maintaining, and updating SOPs, WI, processes, and procedures.
  • Generate and maintain designated reporting metrics for PMO.
  • Coordinate facility, equipment, end-user interaction.
  • Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met.
  • Accountable for performance results and meeting contractual performance criteria.
  • Creating and briefing presentations, reports, metrics to customers and Program leadership.
  • Supervisory responsibilities maybe assigned, to include Lead functions of HR, Interviews, timecards and other as assigned.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Experience managing multiple related teams, setting priorities, and allocating resources across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Must possess the ability to interpret and/or discuss information with others, which involves terminology or concepts not familiar to many people; regularly provide advice and recommend actions involving rather complex issues.
  • Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build/maintain professional working relationships.
  • Must be proactive with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed contractual performance criteria.
  • BA/BS and 7 years of experiences, or a combination of education and work experience equivalent to 11+ years.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years direct knowledge of the customer's operational environment.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
  • ITIL® v4 Foundation, or higher, certification.
  • PMP® or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience with MS Office applications, specifically Excel.
  • Experience with software or technology-based training.
  • Experience with objective and milestone planning.


Security Clearance Requirements:
  • Active and current TS/SCI with Polygraph.


Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • Must be able to move/traverse within and between buildings and offices.
  • Must be able to position self to maintain computers, including under the desks and in the server closet.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • Must be able to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers.
