We are looking for a Specialist in Security Technology / Physical Security Enablement Senior Analyst (m/f/d) to manage our security technology with a focus on camera systems and access control. The responsibilities include system maintenance for MS-Windows and Linux derivatives (updates and patches), user management, setting up peripherals, and expanding and developing the overall system.
Experience in client PC and Ghost Server, desktop telephony, voice recording, customer accessories (e.g., servers, switches), and network configurations is an advantage.
You will train and support departments on new software applications, handle, coordinate, and document support requests, and contribute to the strategic direction of the applications.

- In-depth knowledge of security policies and data protection related to security procedures in compliance with information security standards.
- Setup, configuration, handling, and maintenance of all Windows and Unix components, as well as Ghost servers, desktop telephones, voice recording, customer accessories (e.g., servers, switches), and network configurations.
- Completed technical training in the field of IT system integration.
- Proactive communication with all relevant interfaces.
- Team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, and quality awareness.
- Independent and thorough working style.
- Excellent German and good English language skills.
- High level of commitment and a customer-oriented mindset to complete your profile.
