SharePoint Developer
Key Role:
Work within Booz Allen's digital integration team to refine processes and implement te chn ical applications in support of the client's mission. Provide advisory services and te chn ical expertise on digital transformation consulting initiatives. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive te chn ical expertise, and full industry knowledge, and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their challenges and requirements and apply their te chn ical knowledge to recommend solutions with consideration for best practices, costs, and timelines. Create and manage client deliverables, including briefings, te chn ical applications, and analytical products. Leverage industry best practices in digital transformation.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience developing Out of the Box and using code-based solutions, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019, or later
- 2+ years of experience leading and integrating te chn ical tasks, work products, and project teams
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Power Apps, including Flow, Power BI, or Power Automate, to create workflows and customize SharePoint lists, libraries, and pages
- Experience c ond ucting data gathering, research and analysis, designing and developing recommendations, and communicating through verbal briefings and written documents to provide clients with solutions that deliver value
- Experience using Micro sof t Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Agile principles and practices, and the DoD military structure and organizational processes
- Ability to work within a dynamic project landscape independently or in a team setting
- Ability to develop and maintain te chn ical design artifacts and requirements documentation
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience with knowledge management and digital transformation, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with knowledge management and digital transformation
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with multiple functional areas within business management consulting, including human capital, change management, performance management, strategic planning, or IT requirements analysis
- Scrum Master Certification
