Strategy and Process Improvement Officer

This is an opportunity to advise and assist with the client's strategic planning, policy , and business analysis with a focus on providing expert strategic- and operational-level assistance with the client's mandate to synchronize GEOINT analytic activities and resources across the office and with partners.

What You'll Work On:

  • Support office executive management, requirements, process, leadership, and reporting.
  • Provide business management or strategy support.
  • Support Mission Management strategy, development, and execution.
  • Develop strategy documentation and guidance to support office management processes.
  • Facilitate cross-office e nga gements and requirements planning needs.
  • Identify and provide support to business processes and improvements.
  • Provide business analytics, metrics, or other analysis to measure success.
  • Advise the government in establishing mission goals and objectives.
  • Lead development of strategic planning, business analytics, and operational or performance assessments to help the office improve its mission and management.
  • Facilitate or moderate daily, weekly, or monthly small to large senior-level groups for office activities across the NSG and ASG.
  • Advise office process management improvement recommendations and facilitate quality improvement efforts.
  • Translate strategic directives or policy into operational specifications.
  • Provide assessment and recommendations of new office policy or management changes.

You Have:

  • 15+ years of experience in process improvement, business management, or strategy development
  • Experience with business analytics and metrics reporting, including program management concepts, processes, and execution
  • Experience facilitating multi-office, directorate-wide, cross-organization e nga gements
  • Experience with intelligence product lines, production system or process, and data sets, including regional operational intelligence priorities, national strategic intelligence priorities, and decision-making process
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Master's degree in Business or Management and 1+ years of experience providing business management or strategy support, or 12+ years of experience providing business management or strategy support in lieu of a degree

  • Experience implementing strategic objectives and support implementation
  • Experience implementing effective business practices to increase productivity
  • Experience writing strategic plans, business policies , and business operation objectives
  • Experience working within a collaborative environment and e nga ging with multiple organizations and personnel
  • Experience gathering research and information from multiple resources and presenting findings in a formal report to senior leaders
  • Experience facilitating, negotiating, and compromising with customers and producers on project scope or deadlines
  • Experience with the intelligence analysis and production process

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
