Responsibilities

  • The GFEBS Manager oversees the GFEBS, to include providing reports; initiating, processing, and tracking dig permits; initiating PWOs into GFEBS, tracking progress, and outputting progress reports; and updating and maintaining the O&M Manual Digital Library.
  • The General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)Program Manager Will have oversight of work identification, work reception, planning and prioritization, work estimation, work approval and funding services for maintenance and repair requests at the installation.
  • The GFEBS Manager oversees the Work Management team managing all asset management and data management.
  • Serves as the central Point of Contact for the proper receipt and disposition of installation customer work requests and work taskings received from the Government. Coordinates resource requirements to ensure timely and quality completion of work tasking.
  • The GFEBS Manager shall demonstrate problem solving, conflict management and resolution, and customer service skills.
  • Provide prioritization of service orders and work orders.
  • Maintaining responsibility for employees assigned to work order data input.
  • Working closely with IT to ensure proper data retrieval for reports prepared for the Government.
  • Preparing weekly contract deliverables and maintaining suspense files.
  • Directing the collection and maintenance of work document files and other data to track the work performed and to evaluate responsiveness, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency of resource utilization.
  • Adjusting fiscal year OWOs with Military Interdepartmental PR accountability for reimbursable customers.
  • Capturing cost requirements for subcontractor PRs and purchase orders on DMOs and OWO related documents in
  • GFEBS maintenance files.
  • Preparing and processing fiscal year projected OWOs and PWOs using Facilities Engineering Work Request DA 4283 and submitting for Government approval. Modifying and updating requirements.
  • Maintaining accountability for supply requisitions for work control.
  • Training/updating service order dispatchers with procedure changes and requirements.
  • Maintaining files required to update UPCs website.
  • Submitting workload data requirements monthly.
  • Complying with company policies and procedures and with client regulations.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a working knowledge of GFEBS with a minimum of three practical experience specifically dealing with property, plant, and 2 additional years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in building maintenance preferred.
  • Minimum high school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must have completed and mastered the following modules in GFEBS:
  • PM Master Data Maintainer.
  • Preventive Maintenance Controller.
  • Physical Inventory Maintainer.
  • Material Requirement Planning Maintainer.
  • Plant Maintenance Order Approver.
  • Plant Maintenance Order Maintainer.
  • Plant Maintenance Reporter.
  • Goods Receipt (GR) Processor.
  • Must have 5 years of minimum experience managing work control processes and systems on a military (preferably Army) installation, including at least 2 years of experience overseeing personnel performing work reception, processing, tracking and closeout functions.
  • Secret clearance Required.
