Required Education: Journeyman - BA/BS degree.

Required Experience: Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Desired Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience supporting Fleet Air/Area Control & Surveillance Facilities (FACSFAC) and/or Naval Aviation Warfare Development Command (NAWDC).

Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Site-specific requirements may include advanced planning, coordination, and support to Fleet Air/Area Control & Surveillance Facilities (FACSFAC) or Naval Aviation Warfare Development Command (NAWDC) or to Non-CAS customers as applicable. The contractor will interface with the United States Navy (USN) and Marine Corps (USMC) fleet customers and Air Control agencies to coordinate the use of CAS controlled aircraft and pod assets and monitor CAS assets in support of fleet exercises. Tasks may include site/facility logistical support coordination and frequency management support. May coordinate schedule availability with FACSFACs VC, SD, and PH where applicable and track execution throughout planned events, detachments, and exercises. May assist Financial analysts in overall cost estimation, program obligations, expenditure and invoice validation to assist FACSFAC PMs and COR/IPTL in contract execution.

Salary:

The projected salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
