This position is contingent upon successful contract proposal submission and award.
Prevailance, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and mission-focused professional to serve as a Curriculum Developer and Instructor with expertise in Expeditionary and Joint Fires. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in curriculum development, administration, and instruction, particularly within an integrated Navy/Marine Corps training environment. Travel may be required (less than 5% of the time and most often within a 50-mile commuting distance to support training at bases within the Southwest region).
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-Develop, update, and deliver professional, standardized instructional products for Navy/Marine Corps training programs
-Represent the command at conferences and meetings, supporting the mission and goals of the N9 Learning Standards Directorate
-Operate independently to plan, schedule, and execute projects and programs effectively
-Provide training and guidance to military instructors on command-directed authoring systems (AIM and MCTIMS)
-Enter curriculum into AIM and MCTIMS authoring systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
-Run reports and manage data from Navy and Marine Corps training databases (CeTARs and MCTIMS)
-Adapt to emerging problems with initiative and expertise to take appropriate action
-Occasionally travel to support training at bases within the Southwest region (less than 5% of the time)
Requirements
Certifications:
-Graduation from Navy and Marine Corps Basic Instructor Courses
-Graduation from Navy and Marine Corps Curriculum Development Courses
Experience:
-Extensive experience as an instructor specializing in Expeditionary and Joint Fires
-Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum development and administration in Navy/Marine Corps training environments
-Proven ability to perceive emerging challenges and implement solutions effectively
-Familiarity with instructional databases and systems, including CeTARs and MCTIMS
-Experience training military instructors in the use of AIM and MCTIMS systems
Skills:
-High level of judgment, resourcefulness, and adaptability to changing technology impacting instructional programs
-Strong organizational skills to translate tasking into specific actions and meet objectives within schedule constraints
-Exceptional communication and presentation skills to represent the command professionally
Preferred Qualifications:
-Prior military service in a related field
-Knowledge of evolving instructional technologies and their application to training environments
Security Clearance
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
