This position is contingent upon successful contract proposal submission and award.
Prevailance, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and mission-focused professional to support the Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific (EWTGP) as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) Instructor and M&S Facilitator. The ideal candidate will bring extensive operational experience and instructional expertise to deliver impactful technical training and facilitate advanced simulation systems. Travel may be required.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-Deliver technical training and instructional services in alignment with EWTGP’s mission and goals
-Provide subject matter expertise as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) Instructor, ensuring training excellence for Department of Defense personnel
-Facilitate and operate Modeling & Simulation (M&S) systems such as CAVE/SAVT/CAVE and Combined Arms Network (CAN) DVTE systems
-Represent EWTGP at conferences and meetings to provide expertise on matters under the N75 Division
Requirements
Expertise:
Possess one or more of the following certifications/designations:
-FAC / JTAC Instructor
-FAC / JTAC Evaluator
-TACP Instructor
-FAC (A) Instructor
-Air Combat Tactics Instructor (ACTI)
-WTI/TOP GUN Graduate
-Night Systems Instructor (NSI)
-Fleet Readiness Squadron (FRS) Instructor
Experience:
-Served as a FAC / JTAC Instructor during active-duty service
-Minimum of one year of operational experience in Close Air Support as a Fixed or Rotary Wing Naval Aviator and JTAC
-Recent and extensive experience with:
--CAVE/SAVT/CAVE systems, including at least 100 documented hours in system operation, configuration, setup, and integration with C2 support systems
--Combined Arms Network (CAN) DVTE systems, including at least 100 documented hours of operation
Skills and Abilities:
-Demonstrated ability to represent EWTGP at professional forums and conferences
-Strong operational knowledge of advanced training systems and instructional techniques
-Ability to independently manage projects and execute training objectives with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
-Prior military service with a background in Expeditionary Warfare training
-Comprehensive understanding of integrated Navy/Marine Corps training environments
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Security Clearance:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
