JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Plan, draft and execute testing for API Pharmaceutical Automation systems
* Validate / qualify automation systems on new automation control systems.
* Ensure systems are installed correctly and function as intended.
* Lead multiple FATs and SATs as well as commissioning and start-up of process equipment.
* Author, review and execute validation documentation, and test protocols for Rockwell systems or Siemens systems.
* Manage change controls and deviations as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's Degree in engineering/related field from an accredited university required.
* 10-20 + years of experience in Commissioning and qualification of PLC/SCADA systems.
* Knowledge of qualifying / validating tools such as HPLM (eTIMS) will be added advantage.
* Pharma background (GMP)
* Pharmaceutical automation system testing experience.
* Knowledgeable in SCADA (i.e. iFix, Ignition, FactoryTalk), PLC & HMI (Rockwell/AB, Siemens, etc.), historian/data collections required.
