Position Overview:
  • The primary scope of this position will support various Communication Support Unit (CSU) tasks associated with the delivery of communication products and services to the Federal Government Client enterprise.

Responsibilities:
  • Travel to locations to install and troubleshoot A/V solutions as needed.
  • Provide Tier 3 device installation and troubleshooting support focused on all enterprise-integrated A/V capabilities on all enterprise enclaves.
  • Scheduling/coordinating with Audio Video Support Center (AVSC),
  • Provide support in running A/V room systems, troubleshooting, and break/fix of room systems.
  • Troubleshoot PC issues consisting of but not limited to audio & video connections.

Required Qualifications:
  • Top Secret Clearance W/ SCI eligibility
  • Covid-19 Vaccination Card needed (Upon Submittal)
  • 1 or more years of experience installing and troubleshooting complex A/V room systems.
  • Experience using and setting up Crestron Systems
  • Basic knowledge of data wiring standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 2013 and newer, as well as Windows 7 and newer.
  • Ability to travel to locations for installation and/or troubleshooting systems as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Crestron certifications or CTS/CTS-I certifications.
