Network Unified Communications Design Engineer Senior

PRISM is seeking a highly skilled Network Unified Communications Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge network solutions that drive our organization forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Design and Implementation: Develop and deploy innovative network architectures, leveraging advanced technologies like VoIP, LAN/WAN, and security protocols.
• Unified Communications: Engineer and integrate VoIP services, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across our organization.
• Network Security: Implement robust security measures, including identity and access management, to protect our network infrastructure and data.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, providing timely and effective technical support.
• Technology Integration: Integrate various network components and technologies, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility.

Qualifications:

• Active DoD Secret
• ITIL v3 and Cisco or Juniper, or Fortinet certification
• Strong technical expertise in network engineering, with a focus on unified communications.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VoIP, etc.) and technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Brocade).
• Experience with network design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
