Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in M&S activities of complex systems
- 5+ years of experience with Digital Engineering processes and tools
- Experience in DoD Verification, Validation, and Accreditation Process
- Experience with developing, designing, and the facilitation of M&S sof tware and hardware
- Experience using model-based systems engineering ( MBSE ) tools to develop and document UML or SysML system architectures, including MagicDraw or Enterprise Architect
- Knowledge of model validation and verification
- Knowledge of DoD Instruction 5000 Series
- Ability to work in a team environment and apply sound engineering judgment to compare simulation outputs with predicted hypotheses
- TS / SCI clearance
- Master's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with reverse engineering
- Experience with engineering and mathematics
- Experience in Verification, Validation, and Uncertainty ( VVUQ ) Testing
- Experience with M&S in a digital engineering ecosystem
- Experience extending systems models into other tools and creating Digital Twin models and simulations
- Experience working with a DoD Test Agency such as DOT & E, ATEC, AFOTEC, and OPTEVFOR
- Knowledge of the DoD Acquisition process
- Knowledge of Developmental and Operational Testing
- Ability to exhibit flexibility, initiative, and innovation
- Doctorate degree
