Overview
Nakupuna Solutions is looking for a Process Improvement Specialist that will offer subject matter expertise in areas including program management, business process improvement, analytics, logistics, and other areas as required. This position requires the ability to work with senior executives, along with experience working in the DoD.

Responsibilities

- Provide advisory services and lead initiatives to implement and improve business processes
- Update existing business processes and create new process visualizations (e.g., flow charts, process maps) to reflect changes in organizational structure, functions, roles, and responsibilities
- Identify and facilitate the development and documentation of new processes
- Develop, implement, and document an integrated process management strategy to catalog and maintain organizational business processes
- Provide project management and communications support, including drafting and compiling Staffing Reports, Monthly Status Reports, Project Status Review briefs, reviewing client deliverables, and developing presentations
- Engage with key stakeholders, clients, and team members through consistent communication
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing process improvements for increased efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- This position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with the ability to lead and conduct business process improvements.
- Experience in human capital and resourcing or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
