Quevera is seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join our team. You will design and maintain Copado CI/CD pipelines, manage multiple Salesforce environments (development, testing, UAT, staging, production), and ensure synchronized, consistent metadata deployments. Your focus will be on automation, security, and reliability within the Salesforce platform, applying best practices for DevOps, release management, and incident response. Responsibilities include implementing quality gates, backup and restore strategies, monitoring deployments, configuring permissions, and leading continuous improvements to CI/CD workflows.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of DevSecOps experience; 5+ years managing Salesforce environments.
  • Expertise with Copado, Salesforce platform tools (Apex, APIs, LWC), and automated testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation), observability tools, and Salesforce Data Loader.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Copado Fundamentals I/II or Consultant Certification.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator is preferred.
  • Experience with AWS Cloud is a plus.
This remote position operates in Eastern Time, with occasional travel (<5%) and on-call rotations. U.S. Public Trust clearance is required.
