What You’ll Do:
· Design, develop, and deploy high-performance Salesforce solutions using APEX, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
· Optimize Salesforce applications with modular design, query efficiency, and asynchronous workflows.
· Lead development best practices, implement automation-first solutions, and build REST APIs for seamless integrations.
· Collaborate in Agile/SAFe environments while creating scalable, user-friendly platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
· 10+ years of Salesforce development experience, with expertise in APEX, Lightning Components, and Salesforce object modeling.
· Strong web development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
· Hands-on experience with Copado CI/CD pipelines and API development.
· A problem-solver with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Salesforce Developer certifications (Developer I/II, Platform App Builder) are a big plus!
This remote position operates in Eastern Time, with occasional travel (<5%).
