Dorrean is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sr. Information Systems Training Specialist to join our dynamic team in a contract role with a Federal agency.
Responsibilities:
- Follow a systematic instructional systems design (ISD) process as detailed in the Agency Instructional Systems Design Policy Guide.
- Following the ADDIE model, the Information Systems Training Specialists may be tasked with designing a course or curriculum).
- Analyze training needs, conduct job task analyses, create meaningful learning objectives, map learning objectives to job tasks, select delivery systems, develop effective learning strategies, and conduct level 1, 2 and 3 evaluations.
- Help ensure alignment between identified job tasks, learning objectives, and assessment items.
- Participate in the curriculum/test validation process.
Requirements:
- Ten (10) years of experience as an Information Systems Training Specialist
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
Clearance:
- Top-Secret clearance required
