Work with senior members of the team and users to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements in to customized solutions using the Pega 8 platform for enterprise applications. This role will Implement Pega solutions that adhere to platform best practices. Under the assist of the Lead Pega Developer with development work streams, from design through testing and deployment and will be responsible for coding and unit testing using Pega OOTB features based on the design provided by the Lead Developer. Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks.
Post-delivery - assists client teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success.
Required Skills:
4+ years of experience using Pega 8
Certifications with one of the following: CSA (Certified System Architect) OR CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)
Must be customer facing, this is working in a consulting setting
Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.)
Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred
