SRG is seeking an experienced SME to work in the CENTCOM Joint Operations Center (JOC) as an Irregular Warfare operations integrator. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to provide subject matter expertise in support of the JOC to conduct Irregular Warfare Operations Integration in the Information Environment (IE) and synchronization with USCENTCOM staff, subordinate units, and associated joint, interagency, intergovernmental, and multi-national (JIIM) partners. JOC IW Operations Integrators are expected to be conduits of information for the USCENTCOM, ensuring all information is submitted to the relevant activity and to be able to integrate within all plans of operations for mission analysis, analytic problem solving, and assessment of current operations.
An active TS/SCI clearance is required to access the place of performance, system account creation to perform the tasks, and access to classified data.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Demonstrate the ability to review, analyze, and operationalize operational-level IW related directives in support of CCMD mission objectives and operate independently developing reports, and briefings.
Must have a strong understanding of the CCMD AOR, working as a member of Current Operations (CUOPS) team on the JOC floor to coordinate, integrate and optimize IRCs capabilities in support of Current Operations.
Demonstrate experience and the understanding of friendly and adversarial IW activities across the ground, air, and maritime domains, and the ability to identify, report, coordinate, and synchronize immediate counter-operations and activities.
Irregular Warfare (IW) subject matter expert that must be able to work independently by providing a timely flow of relevant information by providing daily reports, collecting, sharing, disseminating, and completing tasks assigned.
Should be familiar with the Overseas Global Force Management (GMF) and processes while utilizing information system platforms Command and Control Information Environment (C2IE) and Rocket Chat rooms, providing senior leaders a comprehensive knowledge of current events with information inputs for key task, high impact assignments to provide information in support for Commander’s Critical Information Requirements (CCIR’s) for Commanders to make sound timely decisions.
